Carole Beauvais, RN, MSc, MBA, CHE
Executive Lead

Carole is a healthcare executive with extensive working experience in the Ontario healthcare system, including community, homecare, acute care as well as more than 12 years as a funder for regional and provincial diabetes services.

Some of her accomplishments include leading the visioning, development and implementation of innovative provincial and regional models of care in partnership and collaboration with key stakeholders. As a leader, she has a solid track record for driving organizational and operational performance to continuously enhance the quality of services provided to the people we serve.

Carole is a Registered Nurse and holds a Master in Clinical Health Sciences, a Master in Business Administration and is a Certified Health Executive with the Canadian College of Health Leaders.

Marcia Annamunthodo, RN, BscN, MS(N), CCHN (C)
Community Educator, Program Lead

Marcia joined the Mississauga Halton LHIN Regional Learning Centre in May 2018, and brings with her a passion for community health and education.

Marcia is a Registered Nurse with experience working in the hospital and community sectors both in Canada and internationally. Marcia previously worked in community and public health, nursing regulation at the College of Nurses of Ontario, and provided nursing education for the Collaborative Bachelor of Science in Nursing program at George Brown College.

Marcia’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Toronto and a Master of Science in Nursing from D’Youville College. She has also completed the Canadian Community Health Certification from Canadian Nurses Association and is an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant.

Kiran Ghatora, RN, MN
Community Educator

Kiran Ghatora joined the Mississauga Halton LHIN Regional Learning Centre in February 2018. She is Registered Nurse with a passion for healthcare and education.

Kiran previously worked at St. Michael’s Hospital. As a nurse, she coached and guided nursing students and new nurse graduates to develop clinical skills and apply theoretical knowledge at the bedside. Kiran also provide educational support to patients, families, and fellow staff members through her practice.

Kiran’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree and a Master of Nursing degree from Ryerson University.
