Ontario Health Central Region Initiatives - DEI & IPAC

Human Library – DEI

Engagement with The Human Library and Ontario Health to plan and organize ten virtual Human Library experiences for staff in OH Central Region
Marketing of sessions via email blasts, the Regional Learning Centre website, and messaging from Ontario Health
Two sessions held in April and June
Well received by all participants
Recruitment of Human Books (people who will share their unique perspectives and experiences) and librarians (facilitators) from Ontario is ongoing

IPAC

Provision of administrative support to MOD IPAC program via RLC Education Coordinator position.
Services include editing and uploading of IPAC webinar recordings to YouTube channel, management of mailing list, marketing flyers, and event registration platform.
Continuing to run monthly mask fit testing sessions
